We’ve made nearly every type of food in this trailer, and we didn’t have to hunt for and pay a ridiculous amount for a commissary kitchen each month. 8 decks of ovens with pizza stones and baking racks, 20 qt mixer, full size proofer/warmer, 2 burner cooktop, large sandwich prep table, AC, electric jack, outside lighting and electric, tons of refrigeration and storage. No fryers.
